- It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Description
Produced by the Charrère family since 1971, it is the historic wine of the cellar and is, today as then, a skilful blend of native and international red grape varieties, grown in the oldest vineyards. La Sabla means sand in the local dialect, due to the sandy composition of the land. After a rigorously manual harvest, the grapes are crushed and destemmed, then fermented for 8 days in stainless steel at a temperature of 26 °C with daily pumping over. Aging in stainless steel for 8 months and aging for 5 months in the bottle. This is to have an intense ruby color in the bottle. On the nose, fruity notes of berries and floral notes. On the palate, it is a fresh and fruity wine, with soft tannins and again raspberry notes. Intense and persistent finish. To try!
