100% Barbera vine for a wine that enriches the nostrils with an ample and composite bouquet with fruity hints of blackberry, cherry and spicy notes, which recall cinnamon, vanilla and green pepper and with a full-bodied, pleasantly fresh taste and sapidity.

Fermentation treatments: fermentation at controlled temperature for 15 days
