Nebbiolo Langhe DOC Vajra 2021

The Langhe Nebbiolo DOC red wine from the Vajra winery is produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown between the municipalities of Barolo and Novello. The harvest, around the end of September, takes place manually, as well as the transport to the cellar in small boxes, in order to preserve the integrity of the bunches, a very important prerogative for the success of the subsequent vinification. Nebbiolo is certainly one of the symbolic grape varieties of Piedmont; it is a red with character, very territorial, rather tannic, which plays its cards on elegance and finesse, rather than on opulence and intensity.
