'Legende' Bordeaux Blanc Baron Edmond De Rothschild 2022

Bordeaux Blanc "Legend" is a wine that embodies the pleasantness of a young, vintage wine, perfect for being the protagonist of elegant aperitifs or light lunches and dinners. It comes from an assembly of three different varieties, specifically Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Sauvignon Gris, grown in the most suitable terroirs of the entire Bordeaux wine area. After a careful and meticulous vinification, which takes place in stainless steel containers, we proceed with the refinement phase, in which the wine rests for a few months in steel on the fine lees, so as to increase its general profile. At the end of this short period, the bottling operations begin. It is a bottle that announces itself to the nose with a fruity profile, also characterized by a soft floral and mineral imprint. When tasted, the sip is clear and linear, endowed with a beautiful expressiveness, which continues the path traced by the perfumes to the nose, closing the circle of a very coherent tasting between smell and taste. Pleasant and drinkable, it also has an interesting price to say the least for a product signed by Domaines Barons de Rothschild.
