'La Réserve de l'Obédience' Chablis Grand cru Domaine Laroche 2021

It is in Burgundy, home to some of the best wines in the world, that Chablis AOC Grand Cru Les Blanchots "La Réserve de l'Obédience" by Domain Laroche is born. The winery boasts 90 hectares planted exclusively with Premier Cru and Grand Cru and adopts an approach based on ecology and environmental impact. Burgundy, and in particular the Chablis area, has a cool and breezy climate, ideal for vines. This white wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and selected in the cellar; each harvest from each vineyard is vinified separately. The refinement takes place in steel tanks and wooden barrels, before the tasting of each sample and final selection. Chablis AOC Grand Cru Les Blanchots "La Réserve de l'Obédience" is a fine, elegant, balanced and harmonious white wine. We are certainly talking about a ready-to-drink wine, but which can also be consumed after storage in the cellar for up to three years.
