Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Chablis Saint Pierre is a white wine produced by the Le Domaine d'Henri winery. Obtained from the single-variety vinification of only Chardonnay grapes, this white wine represents one of the finest expressions of the Chablis appellation. In fact, it is the classic example of how the grapes of this versatile variety reach very high quality levels in this region, in Chablis. It is a wine that stands out above all for its minerality and elegance, thanks to the characteristics of the soil on which the vineyards are located, which has a significant limestone component. Furthermore, the vinification and aging processes of the Domaine are designed to maintain the varietal scents as much as possible, by virtue of the use of stainless steel, preferred to wood as it allows to preserve the freshness of the wine. The result is therefore a product to be enjoyed in its youth, but with an acidic backbone that allows it to rest for a few years in the cellar, where it undoubtedly evolves in a positive way. This wine is perfect to accompany fish-based lunches and dinners with friends with a delicate minerality.
