'Les Clos' Chablis AOP Grand Cru Domaine Laroche 2021

Les Clos Chablis Grand Cru wine is an excellent label in the Chablis AOC Grand Cru classification. This white is one of the prestigious proposals by the Chablis Laroche Domaine winery, a production reality that rises inside a marvelous palace dating back to the 11th century. A thick white, which is the result of the vinification of 100% Chardonnay grapes, the fruit of vineyards grown in the countryside of the town of Chablis. The south-facing vines are planted on calcareous soil, which gives the bunches the typical minerality that characterizes the Grand Crus. This label, like all those offered by the cellar, is the synthesis of a production philosophy that aims exclusively at excellence. The white Les Clos Chablis Grand Cru takes shape from a careful harvest, at the end of which the grapes are transferred to the cellar, where they undergo a fermentation process in Allier oak barrels. Subsequently, the wine ages for a minimum of 8 months in steel vats. The final product is a refined and very pleasant label. A complex, well-structured white that emerges for its intensity and long persistence.
