'Lume' Benaco Bresciano IGT Passito PODERE SELVA CAPUZZA 50 Cl

From the precious vines of Desenzano del Garda, comes the Benaco Bresciano IGT "Lume". The production cellar, Podere Selva Capuzza, has been operating for well over 100 years and covers an area of about 50 hectares, embellished by a fantastic farmhouse. The vineyards of the farm, located on the hills of the three DOCs (Lugana, Garda Classico and San Martino della Battaglia), produce a native variety, bred with respect for nature and the environment. Benaco Bresciano IGT "Lume" is characterized by an extraordinary balance between acidity and sweetness. The early ripening Friulian grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to careful selection. The best grapes are placed in small boxes and left to dry naturally. Once dehydration is complete, they are then subjected to pressing and vinification in steel at a controlled temperature. Before bottling, they are then left to refine for about 6 months. This sweet white wine is ideal after dinner, to brighten special events.
