The headquarters of the winery is a splendid seventeenth-century villa, already over the centuries  belonging to the Prince Bishop of Trento. We are on the hills north of Trento, territories that have always been suited to viticulture, where the inclined  terraces gradually descend towards the city: it is here that we encounter the wine-growing reality of "Maso Bergamini", which for years has been producing wines of the highest production quality. The farm is currently managed by the oenologist Remo Tomasi who has centralized the company's activities around the historic core of the villa. The layout of the cellar is aimed at safeguarding the territory which has a cool, dry and ventilated climate, thus allowing the production of healthy, rich and concentrated grapes. For this reason, among the rows the agronomic choices are carried out following the organic farming protocol, for which maximum respect for the environment, nature, ecosystem and biodiversity is maximum. Even in the cellar, the dictates of Organic Certification are adopted, the vinifications take place using native (and unselected) yeasts with spontaneous fermentations, to guarantee a natural product processed with minimal human intervention; synthetic chemicals are scrupulously avoided and even sulphites are used with great parsimony and attention. The grapes produced are both native and "international", i.e. the classic ones of the region: for the local vines we find Teroldego Rotaliano and Moscato Rosa, then varieties such as Pinot Noir, Lagrein, Gewürztraminer and Renano Riesling; Furthermore, two Trento DOC Metodo Classico stand out, sparkling wines with rare elegance and finesse. Labels of the highest quality level, which also include two decidedly original wines: a delicate and soft Charmat method sparkling wine based on Moscato Rosa, perfect for an end-of-meal and an Ancestral Method based on Souvigner gris, a PIWI grape variety, i.e. resistant to mold This is further evidence of the winery's attention to environmental impact and respect for nature.
