Legend has it that, looking at the immense blue agave fields of the Mexican H ighlands , the visitor can see a majestic and enormous deer grazing in the distance... Inspired by this tale, a local farmer decided to create his own smooth spirit, but full of character and intensity. And so Cazadores was born , a tequila produced since 1922, whose name literally means "hunters" and, contrary to what it might seem, is not a reference to traditional hunting, but is dedicated to all those who have spent years of research and experiments in order to find the perfect recipe for this alcohol. Although it had been developed decades earlier , the recipe for this tequila was only made known in 1973, when the grandson of that farmer decided to found the first commercial distillery, creating a real community around it, in which everyone has a role important in order to make this product unique in the world. Distilled from 100% blue agave and remaining faithful to the original recipe, today's working process has evolved to meet the great commercial demand, but at the same time has maintained a very close contact with mother earth, creating a seven-phase production process, completely zero waste and full of sustainable and ecological technologies. An ancient history projected into a sustainable future.
