Tequila Blanco is a distillate that is produced at the Cazadores company in Arandas, Mexico. It is a very old factory, which still today represents one of the most prestigious companies in its sector. The tequila is made with 100% blue agave and requires a long production process that includes 7 sustainable and zero-impact phases. After the careful selection of the best agaves, the distillation is carried out, using a slow and traditional procedure, followed by the fermentation, the maturation process and the refinement in steel. The current recipe is faithful to the ancient one which dates back to 1922, even if the Master Tequilero, to respond to the growing demand, has tried to make use of modern technologies in order to guarantee sustainability and high quality. Tequila Blanco is a distillate capable of best expressing the excellence of the territory and can be enjoyed smooth, on the rocks or even as a base for the preparation of refined cocktails.
