Romano Dal Forno was born as a producer in 1983 when he glimpsed the possibility of human and professional emancipation in the world of quality wines. Despite obtaining flattering results from the first harvests, Romano continues to rethink his style in light of the new knowledge he acquires, both of a technical nature and of tasting experience. The research is aimed at obtaining wines that can excite immediately, but also after many years due to the power, elegance and freshness of the fruit. Romano's relationship with his wines is total: he recognizes himself in them, he expresses himself through them. But wine is probably above all a modality, a means through which to continuously broaden one's horizon. For years, thanks to the commitment of the whole family, the company has achieved standards that are difficult to match, with the persevering aim of offering unique emotions and pleasures to anyone who drinks a Dal Forno product.
