Costadilà

"Homeland" of Prosecco, but with diametrically opposed ideas and ambitions. The owners of the cellar are Mauro Lorenzon and Ernesto Cattel; two friends who gave life to the "Costadilà agricultural" project in 2006 with the precise aim of creating a winery that could combine the most traditional agricultural and oenological techniques with the most modern dictates of organic farming to create wines characterized by the flavor of a time '.

This is how the sparkling white wines produced with the Ancestral Method are born , refermented in the bottle "sur lie", i.e. on indigenous yeasts and without added solophorous, a skilful blend of Glera, Bianchetta and Verdiso grapes.

The winery's vineyards extend for approximately 7 hectares, located on a calcareous and clayey soil very favorable to the cultivation of Glera, which is surrounded by other small plots of land, in which fruit trees and olive trees are grown and a vegetable garden dedicated to medicinal herbs. A unique tasting experience!
