Description
Moscato d'Asti DOCG is an interesting sweet sparkling wine from the Prunotto winery. The farm has been operating in the wine sector for over a hundred years and stands out in the Piedmontese wine scene for the refinement of its products. The goal is to enhance the territory in full respect of nature: the modern organic method is one of the cornerstones of the cellar's philosophy. The latter is located in the municipality of Alba, an area characterized by temperatures suitable for viticulture and particularly fertile soil. A wine with a full and velvety body, Prunotto's Moscato d'Asti DOCG is obtained through a stainless steel vinification process which contributes to the liveliness of the final result. Moscato Bianco grapes are used in purity, native to Piedmont and a true symbol of local traditions. The harvest is strictly manual, so that the company's employees can select the ripest bunches one by one for an excellent finished product. This wine stands out for its particular elegance and for the freshness that characterizes its finish. Sweet to accompany whipped cream desserts, it has the great advantage of not being cloying. Every sip attracts another!
