Chanson Pere & Fils 0038 Nuits St.Georges is a still red wine produced by Chanson Pere & Fils. It is made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes. A French wine from Burgundy, it is the recipient of prizes and awards for the various production years. These awards are a guarantee of its quality. The grape harvest takes place in the last days of September during which a long and meticulous maceration allows to enhance the fleshy consistency of the Pinot Noir. Chanson Pere & Fils 0038 Nuits St.Georges is the result of a soil mixture of clay and limestone. The production phases affect the structure and consistency of the wine signed Chanson Pere & Fils. In fact there are two phases of fermentation, a cold pre-fermentation followed by a long alcoholic fermentation followed by aging in oak barrels for about sixteen months. A red that manages to give great satisfaction even after some time.
