Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass

Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Numero Chiuso Vermentino Colli di Luni DOC is a prestigious wine, produced in the Lunae Bosoni cellar in a limited number of bottles. The company is located in Lunigiana and has been involved for 5 generations in the promotion of the products of Upper Tuscany. The grapes come from the Vermentino vines, grown on the hilly area on the border with Liguria, where the soils are rich in clay, silt and skeleton and favored by the mild climate. After the harvest, the best bunches undergo cold maceration for 48 hours and are then gently pressed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks, where the aging also takes place for a period of 14 months. The final maturation takes place for a further 14 months in large oak barrels, after which it is bottled. The Numero Chiuso Vermentino Colli di Luni DOC is a structured and intense wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can also evolve in the cellar for a few years.
