'Ottonel' Alsace AOC Muscat GRUSS 2021

Ottonel Alsace AOC Muscat is a still and dry white wine, produced by Gruss, a winery that interprets its territory in a frank and sincere way. Obtained from the single-variety vinification of only Muscat grapes, one of the many Muscat varieties present in the world ampelographic panorama, this wine is the perfect example of the aromaticity of this grape. The vineyards are cultivated according to the organic regime: this provides that all pesticides that do not respect traditional and natural methods are abolished. Furthermore, alternating rows of grass are planted in the vineyard, designed to improve the health of the plant. These and other methods are the reason why the grapes give life to naturally sincere wines, with a high quality profile. The winemaking process shows particular attention to tradition: the grapes, in fact, are fermented and matured inside ancient oak barrels. The scent is aromatic and intense. On the palate it is decidedly dry, very delicate, fresh, light and with an intense grape aroma. Ideal as an aperitif. Ottonel Alsace AOC Muscat is ideal to drink when young, as an accompaniment to delicate dishes.
