Pinot Grigio Trentino DOC Letrari 2022

Trentino Pinot Grigio DOC, from the Letrari winery, is appreciated for its velvety body and intense final persistence. As can be seen from the denomination, 100% Pinot Grigio grapes are used for this elegant white: this vine, widespread throughout northern Italy, gives the finished product an intense and delicate character at the same time. The company represents a famous point of reference in the wine scene of Trento, by virtue of its genuine wines, a mirror of its terroir. The grapes reach an optimal degree of ripeness thanks to the mild local climate and the clayey composition of the soil. The manual harvest is followed by a soft pressing and a fermentation in contact with the noble lees, a process which makes the bouquet of the wine even more complex. The refinement of Trentino Pinot Grigio DOC takes place in the bottle and lasts a few months: it is a still white wine with an intense straw yellow colour. Notes of yellow pulp fruit such as peach and apricot are appreciated on the nose. In the mouth it denotes a good acidity resulting intense and decisive while maintaining a good balance.
