Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description
Prosecco Extra Dry DOC is a sparkling wine made by the Albino Armani winery. The label is the result of the vinification and subsequent sparkling process of Glera grapes, a variety originating from the hills of Treviso which lends itself to being successfully cultivated also on the slopes of Friuli Venezia Giulia. The vineyards are located on the Terre di Sequals estate, where the vines enjoy the substrates rich in skeleton and the shelter offered by the Carnic Alps. To ensure the highest quality, the bunches are rigorously selected by hand in mid-September. In the cellar the grapes are pressed and left to ferment. This is followed by the second fermentation which coincides with the second fermentation in an autoclave typical of the Charmat Method. This process is skilfully interrupted to allow the wine to preserve a percentage of residual sugar before being bottled. Prosecco Extra Dry DOC is excellent if enjoyed young, when it fully expresses its pleasant freshness.
