Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description

The Grave di Stecca Veneto IGT from the renowned Nino Franco winery has been offering the general public exceptional labels for three generations, which well represent the reference territory, namely that of Valdobbiadene in the Treviso hills. This interesting sparkling wine comes from Glera grapes vinified alone, the fruit of an old vineyard of ancient origins called Grave di Stecca, whose vines, facing south, enjoy an excellent microclimate. An exceptional brut, which takes shape from a meticulous harvest and careful work in the cellar, where the grapes are subjected to a winemaking technique following the dictates of the Charmat method, which involves a second fermentation in an autoclave. The final result is the Grave di Stecca Veneto IGT, a creamy, fresh, particularly dry sparkling wine with a silky sip, for an elegant and sublime label, which emerges for its persistent finish.
