Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut by Nino Franco is an excellent sparkling wine obtained in purity with Glera grapes, coming from the vineyards of the medium-high hilly part of the classic production area. This white wine is obtained with the Charmat method (Martinotti), then subjected to fermentation first in steel tanks, then in an autoclave. To reach its maximum yield, Nino Franco's Prosecco Superiore Brut must necessarily rest for a month in the cellar, once bottled.
