Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut by Nino Franco is an excellent sparkling wine obtained in purity with Glera grapes, coming from the vineyards of the medium-high hilly part of the classic production area. This white wine is obtained with the Charmat method (Martinotti), then subjected to fermentation first in steel tanks, then in an autoclave. To reach its maximum yield, Nino Franco's Prosecco Superiore Brut must necessarily rest for a month in the cellar, once bottled. The winery, pioneer in the export of Prosecco all over the world for generations now, despite working respecting tradition, is continuously looking for innovations, to experiment and always be able to create refined products. The main characteristics of this exquisite Prosecco are to be found in the composition of the soil, in the temperate climate and in the decisive temperature ranges which combine to produce pure grapes and to accentuate all their unmistakable nuances. The sparkling wine is elegant, fine, delicate, with evident fruity notes, light, therefore perfect for aperitifs in good company.
