Amorosa Torcolato Magnum or also called "Amorosa di Dicembre" is one of the grappas made by the historic Venetian distillery Poli Jacopo. This grappa has more than 30 years of history. It would seem that it was produced for the first time in 1984. It comes from the late steam distillation of the marc of Vespaiolo dried grapes for Torcolato wine. The drying of the grapes has a positive effect on the taste, giving Poli Amorosa di December an aroma of exotic fruit, dried fruit and raisins. The production process of this grappa is very particular as it is the result of a careful and researched study.
