From the fertile lands of Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of the Veneto region, comes the Grappa Cleopatra Amarone Oro. The Poli Jacopo production distillery boasts an ancient history. Operating since 1898, with a typical Venetian rural structure, it is today a historical-architectural-environmental heritage. The traditional distillation system involves the use of an innovative alembic (Crysopea) made entirely of copper, used both in a bain-marie and in steam. This small vacuum boiler allows you to extract the best scents from the very fresh pomace of vinified grapes, the basic elements for the production of the distillate. Grappa Cleopatra Amarone Oro is characterized by its extraordinary elegance. The short maturation in small French oak barrels gives it noble and regal characteristics.
