Regaleali Bianco IGT Tasca d'Almerita 2017

The Sicilia IGT Bianco Tenuta Regaleali from the prestigious Sicilian winery Tasca d'Almerita is a white wine that well represents the winemaking vocation of Sicily. A label of great interest, which has obtained various national and international awards, including that of the well-known American magazine Wine Spectator. Fruit of a blend composed of Grecanico (43%), Catarratto (23%), Insolia (22%) and Chardonnay (12%), this wine is the eldest son of the Regaleali estate, as well as the most famous. The Sicilia IGT Bianco Tenuta Regaleali takes shape from grapes harvested rigorously by hand. After harvesting, once in the cellar, the bunches must undergo fermentation in steel. Subsequently the wine is aged for 3 months in the same fermentation containers, then it is bottled. The result is a particularly aromatic white, with a fresh, intense and rich sip for a very pleasant label. A surprising white wine.
