'Riserva del Lupo' Lugana Riserva DOC Ca' Lojera 2019

Riserva del Lupo Lugana Riserva DOC is a fragrant and intense white wine produced by the Ca' Lojera winery, a company that is committed to enhancing the lake terroir. This label is obtained from the vinification of only Trebbiano grapes, which in the local dialect is known as Turbiana. On the clay-based soils of the Sirmione area, the vineyards enjoy ideal conditions for producing grapes with a pleasant sapidity. The breezes from Lake Garda create the perfect microclimate until the manual harvest. Vinification involves destemming of the bunches and subsequent fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by refinement divided into two steps: first the wine rests in steel for two years and then further seals its scents 6 months after bottling. Riserva del Lupo Lugana Riserva DOC is a perfect white to be enjoyed immediately, but capable of reserving pleasant sensations even after 3-4 years of careful storage in the cellar.
