Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
The Rosso Toscana IGT Le Due Arbie is an intense and fragrant wine produced by Dievole , a winery that passionately cultivates the most representative vines of the area. To produce this label, Sangiovese grapes are mainly used, present for 70%, with the addition of Merlot (20%), Cabernet Sauvignon (7%) and Cabernet Franc (3%). All the varieties are grown on the company's own vineyards, which enjoy the perfect conditions to allow the vines to produce ripe and healthy bunches. The clayey and calcareous soils give the grapes a remarkable sensory complexity, which is preserved thanks to the company's production choices. The winemaking process therefore takes place in concrete tanks, where the grapes ferment for two weeks. The subsequent refinement continues first in cement tanks for 9 months, to end with a further rest in the bottle for 3 months. Rosso Toscana IGT Le Due Arbie reserves pleasant surprises even after 4-5 years of careful storage in the cellar.
