Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Sauvignon Hausmannhof Alto Adige DOC is a fragrant white wine that best represents the pursuit of excellence of the Haderburg winery. It is obtained by vinifying pure Sauvignon grapes, an international variety whose aromatic profile is enhanced by the mineral components of the dolomitic substrates of the soil. With the significant percentages of limestone and clay, western exposure to the sun and the modified pergola system, the vines enjoy optimal conditions for producing healthy bunches. For the harvest, the company waits for the grapes to fully ripen, which usually occurs towards the end of September, and then proceeds with the selection of the best grapes. In the cellar, the winemaking processes begin with the rigorously monitored fermentation phase inside steel tanks. Refinement then takes place in the same containers, a passage which maintains the freshness and primary aromas. Sauvignon Hausmannhof Alto Adige DOC is a ready-to-drink white, to be enjoyed ideally within five years of bottling.
