Sauvignon Collio DOC Doro Principal 2021

Sauvignon Collio DOC is a wine that comes from the Doro Princic cellar in Cormons. It is a very ancient company that still today uses traditional techniques in order to give more typicality to all the bottles. The grapes come from the Sauvignon vines, grown on hills facing South/East whose soils are rich in limestone, marl, sandstone and mineral substances. The particularly mild climate helps to give greater vigor to the crops. After the manual harvest, the best bunches are subjected to soft pressing and the juice is fermented in steel tanks. The refinement takes place in contact with the fine lees, always in steel containers for 6 months and then proceeds with the bottling and placing on the market. Sauvignon Collio DOC is an intense and soft wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can also evolve in the cellar for a few years.
