Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Sauvignon Venezia Giulia IGT is a white wine with a marked minerality produced by the Jermann winery. It is obtained by vinifying only Sauvignon grapes which has always boasted excellent results in the denomination. The plots exposed to the west can count on karst substrates which are very suitable, as they are rich in sand and marl. In the first days of September, the manual harvest allows only the best bunches to be selected. In the cellar, the vinification begins with destemming and continues with fermentation in large stainless steel tanks. In the same tanks the wine ages in contact with the lees for about six months. The process ends with a rest of a few months in glass after bottling. Sauvignon Venezia Giulia IGT can be appreciated immediately, as well as following a further evolution of a couple of years.
