Description
Cirò Rosato DOC by Librandi is a rosé wine that represents one of the excellences of the Italian wine scene. To make this rosé wine, only gaglioppo grapes are used, a native vine of the Calabria region. Once the harvest is complete, the harvested grapes are vinified in steel tanks which are thermo-conditioned in order to keep the primary characteristics intact. After this step, it is aged for a few months, which always takes place inside steel containers. Subsequent bottling definitively seals the characteristics of Librandi's Cirò Rosato DOC, whose acid component, preserved intact thanks to the processing methods, is strongly present and allows for a very pleasant and fresh drink. In fact, this wine, which well represents one of the areas most devoted to viticulture in Calabria, namely Cirò, makes freshness its key point, around which the versatility of combinations in the gastronomic field revolves.
