'Soprasole' Vermentino di Sardegna DOC Pala 2022

Soprasole Vermentino di Sardegna DOC is a fresh and fragrant white wine, made by the Pala winery, which has always been committed to enhancing local vines. This is the case with this label which is obtained from the vinification of only grapes of the native Vermentino variety, grown on Is Crabilis, a hill of sand and limestone. The 35-year-old vines benefit greatly from the fertility of the soil, as well as from the favorable microclimate. Once they have reached maturity, only the healthiest bunches are selected and harvested by hand. In the cellar, the grapes are gently pressed and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks with rigorous temperature control. Refinement takes place in the same vats for a few months, which then continues in glass after bottling. Soprasole Vermentino di Sardegna DOC is a white that is best expressed when young, when freshness and varietal notes emerge.
