'Terminum' Gewurztraminer Vendemmia Tardiva Alto Adige DOC Tramin 2021 37.5 cl - HALF BOTTLE

The Gewurztraminer Vendemmia Tardiva Terminum sweet wine from the Tramin winery is made from Gewurztraminer grapes with a high sugar concentration. The vineyards are located on soils with a gravelly and clayey structure which allow the grapes to be provided with a high minerality. The bunches ripen perfectly thanks to the mild microclimate, characterized by strong temperature variations between day and night. The winery has been operating for several years in the production of wines that are an expression of the territory, perfectly combining tradition and innovation. To produce the Gewurztraminer Vendemmia Tardiva Terminum wine, the production cycle is followed with particular attention. The harvest takes place at the beginning of December when the sugar concentration in the bunches is very high. The subsequent fermentation takes place in French oak barriques as well as the maturation which continues for a long period before refinement in the bottle. The wine obtained is a passito with an exceptional structure, perfectly balanced, which improves with aging and which is ideal to be consumed at the end of a formal dinner.
