'Terra D'Eclano' Irpinia Aglianico DOC Quintodecimo 2020

Terra d'Eclano Irpinia Aglianico DOC is an elegant and structured red wine, produced by the Quintodecimo winery. It is obtained from the vinification of only grapes of the local dark berry variety Aglianico, which are grown near the historic farmhouse dating back to Roman times. Among the rows, the works are inspired by principles of sustainability and great respect for a suitable territory. When they reach the ideal level of ripeness, the bunches are subjected to careful manual selection in view of transport to the cellar. Here the grapes are delicately pressed and then left to ferment in steel vats. For the refinement, the company uses French oak barriques, in which the wine rests for a year and a half before being put on the market. Terra d'Eclano Irpinia Aglianico DOC is a red that can be appreciated immediately, but also after careful storage in the cellar for several years.
