'Timperosse' Petit Verdot Terre Siciliane IGT Mandrarossa 2021

The Terre Siciliane Petit Verdot IGT T Empiresse from the prestigious Sicilian Madrarossa winery is an innovative wine, the result of vineyards grown in the Contrada T Empiresse of Menfi. An excellent product that well represents the Sicilian winemaking tradition. Fruit of the vinification of 100% Petit Verdot grapes and strong from the two Gambero Rosso glasses, this red is presented as a successful wine. Excellent to drink now, it is extraordinary left to rest in the cellar for a couple of years. The Terre Siciliane Petit Verdot IGT Timperisse takes shape from a short maceration, followed by a fermentation in steel and a maturation of 3 months in the same containers, after which it is bottled. However, before being placed on the market, it is still aged in glass for 4 months. The result is an elegant red, perfectly balanced, very intense, with a young and lively sip, an aromatic wine of medium structure for a particularly expressive, soft and fresh label. A really interesting product.
