Description

Dolcetto del Monferrato 100% from 3 different vineyards. Obtained from a short maceration of the skins in the must for about 4-5 days accompanied by short but frequent pumping over, this vinification was carried out with the aim of obtaining a wine with a fresh and fruity flavour. Garnet-red in color with purple and violet reflections, it has a vinous and warm aroma, with a fruity bouquet, in which violets and ripe blackberries are perceived. It has a harmonious, dry and velvety flavour. Daily wine of exceptional quality. Ideal companion for light meals, appetizers, first courses of meat and fresh cheeses. Serving temperature: 16 – 18 °C
