Trento DOC Brut Riserva Letrari Magnum is an exceptional Trentino sparkling wine. Produced by the Letrari company with the Classic Method which gives these bubbles a profound elegance and softness. Between tradition and modernity, with an avant-garde cellar, Letrari is today one of the most important realities of Trentino viticulture. The Trento DOC Brut Riserva Letrari Magnum is the result of the sparkling wine tradition of the company and of this area of Trentino. Leonello Letrari began producing his first bottles of sparkling wine in these lands in 1961. The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines from which the sparkling wine is made are found in the Vallagarina area. Here the Ora del Garda blows, a wind which, together with the Adige river, creates the ideal conditions for a temperate and Mediterranean microclimate. The harvest is done exclusively by hand, the wine then ages on its lees for a long time, at least 36 months. A fine, elegant, mature, full-bodied sparkling wine with a solid structure, to be enjoyed in combination with white carmi, for example, or for a special occasion.
