The Vieux Pineau Des Charentes Rosè Cognac is a fortified wine made by the Jean Fillioux winery. Within the Pineau des Charentes AOC appellation, an oenological rarity is produced for true connoisseurs. It is therefore a must, which in this case is obtained from the vinification of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot, to which alcohol is added in order to block the fermentation of the grapes.
