Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
The Vigna del Lago Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is a wine that is produced at the Val di Suga cellar in Montalcino. The company stands out for the production of labels that are able to make the most of the area. The grapes come from Sangiovese vines, grown on slightly sloping soils rich in clay, facing North/West at about 280 meters above sea level. The proximity of the lake influences the surrounding microclimate, making it mild and giving greater structure to the crops. In the vineyard, the spurred cordon training system is preferred. The next step after the harvest is that of fermentation followed by maturation in oak barrels for 24 months. Before being put on the market, the wine ages in concrete tanks for 6 months and 18 months in the bottle. Vigna del Lago Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is a full-bodied and intense wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can evolve in the cellar for a few years, if correctly stored.
