Description
Vigna Pedale Riserva is a red wine produced by the Torrevento winery. Representative of the most typical characteristics of the Apulian territory, this red has received numerous awards and prizes such as the 3 Glasses of Gambero Rosso, the 4 Grappoli of the Bibenda guide and the 4T of Vitae AIS. The secret of the quality of this wine lies in its production: after a very long maceration it is aged for eight months in steel and twelve months in a large barrel. 100% produced with grapes from the Nero di Troia vine (ancient and native vine), Vigna Pedale Riserva from the Torrevento winery is a wine with great personality, structured, elegant, soft and balanced. To fully appreciate its peculiarities, it is advisable to let it rest in the cellar for three/four years and to taste it several years after production. Great wine!
