Campania Bianco IGT Dall'Isola comes from the splendid island of Capri, a white wine that expresses all the freshness and minerality of the Mediterranean. In 2009, Raffaele Pagano's Joaquin winery began cultivating the land on the island, dedicating itself to what Raffaele himself defines as "emergency room viticulture". In Capri, Joaquin recovers ancient disused vines, grown in small plots. From the assembly of 90% Greco grapes, Falanghina and Biancolella comes this Campania Bianco IGT Dall'Isola. The vineyards are located in Anacapri in hilly and sandy terrain, where you can breathe the scent of citrus fruits and the sea breeze. It is an unusual and particular expression. It is one of the few wines produced with grapes grown in Anacapri and is made with the technique of drying the grapes, to have a more intense, concentrated and aromatically rich white. The color is straw yellow with brilliant golden reflections. The nose recalls aromas of citrus fruits, ripe yellow fruit, tropical fruit. On the palate it is broad, persuasive, with juicy and satisfying fruit, which extends with persistent aromatic richness towards a finish of balanced freshness. Really intriguing.
