It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The Valtellina Superiore Grumello red wine from the Rainoldi winery is obtained using only fine Nebbiolo grapes. In the heart of Valtellina, precisely in the area where the castle of Grumello is located, the vineyards are located which enjoy the particular microclimatic conditions of the place which ensure an excellent production. For almost a century, this winery has been constantly engaged in the production of quality wines, achieved by perfectly combining winemaking tradition and technological innovation. To produce the Valtellina Superiore Grumello red wine, a precise disciplinary must be followed which begins with the harvest, carried out by hand and selecting only the ripest bunches. After a short fermentation, the wine is left to rest for an extended period in oak barrels before being refined in the bottle. The result is a red wine of great value, with good body and structure, easy to drink and ideal to be consumed on important occasions.
