Unusual blend for this excellent sparkling wine from the small producer Loriot who dedicates body and soul above all to enhancing Pinot Meunier. And in fact we find 100% chardonnay from a small plot of land located on the banks of the river Flagot, the same from which the wine takes its name. Another peculiarity of this winemaker lies in the fact that Michel is firmly convinced that classical music, in the vineyard and in the cellar, can positively condition the grapes and the wine and therefore, for this reason, delicious melodies accompany all the various stages of production, from the vineyard to the cellar. These are mostly great classics by Beethoven, Mozart, Brahms, Mahler and Vivaldi, carefully chosen by Michel and appropriately matched to the various situations and various labels. Soft, round, rich and pleasantly balanced in aromas, it immediately boasts a perfect harmony between the fruity component and freshness. Very fine and elegant perlage. Marked by a peculiar minerality, elegant and, at the same time, very complex, it is ideal for all lovers of Blanc de Blancs (pure Chardonnay).
