Description
Ruit Hora Bolgheri Rosso DOC is a structured red wine signed by Caccia al Piano , the Tuscan division of the renowned Berlucchi winery. In this denomination, which has become synonymous with complex and fragrant red wines, the company cultivates the most suitable grape varieties to create an excellent Bordeaux blend. This wine is largely made from Merlot grapes, present for 65%, to which are added Cabernet Sauvignon (25%), Petit Verdot (5%) and Syrah (5%) grapes. After a careful harvest, the grapes reach the cellar, where the first phase of vinification begins, exclusively in steel tanks. The refinement in oak barrels, lasting one and a half years, is followed by a further period of rest in the bottle, which lasts for another six months. It follows that the intense and elegant Ruit Hora Bolgheri Rosso DOC can be enjoyed immediately, but also left to evolve for a few years in the cellar.
