'Solaia' Toscana Rosso IGT Antinori 2019 MAGNUM in Wooden Box

The Solaia red wine from the Antinori winery (in the 1.5 liter Magnum format) is obtained from a skilful blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, 20% Sangiovese and 5% Cabernet Franc. In the heart of the land of Chianti, the vineyard of the same name grows luxuriantly and enjoys the particular calcareous conformation of the soil and excellent climatic conditions. This cellar, which boasts an ancient tradition in the wine sector, is synonymous with history and passion as well as respect for the territory and the application of technological innovations to production processes. The production of Solaia Magnum wine initially included only the two varieties of Cabernet and only in a later period was the Sauvignon grape added. After the harvest, the different grape qualities are vinified separately and then fermented in truncated conical tanks. Finally, a long maturation takes place first in barrique and then in the bottle. Body and structure characterize this wine of great value to be consumed on special occasions.
