Perfect goblet for Cognac: the tulip shape allows the most intense concentration of perfumes, to be smelled and deciphered in its complexity. At the same time, the distillate has a large surface area to oxygenate and thus express itself at its best.

Description
The AE Dor Cognac XO FC Dor is born from the great experience and rigorous respect for the tradition of the Maison AE Dor. A fine distillate, strongly aromatic and elegant. The vines from which this cognac comes are Ugni Blanc (known in Italy as Trebbiano), Folle Blanche (autochthonous white grape variety of the Champagne area) and Colombard. Respect for tradition starts from the vineyard. The grapes are grown in highly suitable areas, characterized by a mild climate and calcareous soil. Once the wine has been obtained, the distillation phase is carried out, carried out twice with the Charentais alembic. The second distillation takes place in a secret cellar, called "Paradis", where the cognac is then left to age in Limousin oak barrels for 30 years. It is in this period that the AE Dor Cognac XO FC Dor develops the olfactory and gustatory aromas that make it unique. The cellar, on the other hand, is well known in France and throughout the world for its refined production of cognac, which joins that of brandy, vodka and rum, always respecting tradition.
