Vinopuro's advices

Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

The Albe Barolo DOCG is one of the most appreciated wines of the Vajra winery, a famous winery in the Langhe. The company's rows are located in the Barolo area, a real point of reference for the wine production of Piedmont, and beyond. The temperate climate, characterized by good temperature ranges, combined with the sandstone content of the soil, determines perfect conditions for the development of the vine. At the base of the product, whose quality is certified by the DOCG denomination, there is the 100% pure Nebbiolo grape, obtained from 3 different vineyards of the company. In October, when the harvest time strikes, the best bunches are picked and brought to the farm. The pressing and fermentation phase of the must is followed by a period of aging in oak barrels. The wine is bottled and can rest for a further 12 months in the cellar before being tasted. The Albe Barolo DOCG is superb in accompanying a reception for special occasions. Sophisticated and elegant, it remains pleasantly persistent on the palate for a long time.
