Description
Alzari Soave Classico DOC is a white wine made by the Coffele winery, a well-known production company in the Soave area. This label is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Garganega grapes, a very widespread and appreciated local variety. On the basaltic soils, the vines grown organically obtain all the nourishment necessary for optimal development. At the beginning of October, the manual harvest allows you to choose only the healthiest bunches, of which a percentage equal to 40% is left to slightly overripe in the attic for about a month. After a quick maceration on the skins, in the cellar the grapes are left to ferment in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The subsequent refinement involves a passage of 10 months in French oak barrels, which give the wine a pleasant softness. Alzari Soave Classico DOC is a white that can be appreciated immediately, as well as after a rest of 1 or 2 years in the cellar.
