'Amacos' Lazio IGT Bio De Sanctis 2021

Amacos Lazio IGT Bio is a white wine with intense aromas produced by the De Sanctis winery. It is largely obtained from grapes of the Malvasia vine, characterized by an unmistakable aromatic profile, with the addition of a small percentage of grapes of the Trebbiano white berried variety. Both vines are grown in line with organic farming, up to the manual harvesting of the bunches. The vinification involves separate processes for the two varieties, whose grapes are placed in cold maceration and then fermented in different steel tanks for about twenty days. The refinement is divided into two distinct steps, the first of which involves a rest of about 6 months in fine oak barriques. After the blending of the lots, the wine continues to refine in glass for another 6 months before bottling. Excellent right from the start, Amacos Lazio IGT Bio can surprise those who decide to wait for the results of further evolution, even for a couple of years.
