Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Barbaresco DOCG Rabajà is an intense and full-bodied red, which has become synonymous with excellence for enthusiasts. Produced by the Bruno Giacosa winery, a renowned reality in the Langhe, this wine is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Nebbiolo grapes, grown on the ancient vines of the prized Rabajà cru at 400 meters above sea level. The harvest is strictly manual and involves a double sorting phase, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, to select only the best bunches. The grapes are then fermented spontaneously in large wooden tanks, with a long maceration that lasts for about a month. Subsequent refinement takes place in large oak barrels, where the wine rests for a year and a half before being bottled. This wine, with complex and intriguing sensory nuances, should be reserved for special occasions. Barbaresco DOCG Rabajà can evolve in an extraordinary way when it is left to age in cellars, up to a maximum of fifteen years.
