Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Barolo Brunate DOCG is a wine that is born in the Mario Marengo cellar in La Morra. The family business has established itself over the years as one of the most important realities in the area, thanks to bottles capable of enhancing it to the fullest. The grapes come from Nebbiolo vines grown on land located 400 meters above sea level and facing south, rich in limestone, clay and sand. Plants can enjoy a favorable climate thanks to the sudden changes in temperature between night and day. All processing stages are carried out following the traditional method, trying to best preserve the authenticity of the product. After the harvest we proceed with the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks and then we carry out the refinement of 24 months in oak barriques. Barolo Brunate DOCG is an elegant and persistent wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can evolve in the cellar many years before tasting.
